Catering Menu: The selections below are some of the pit master’s favorites for sharing with friends. Remember that our menu can be customized to suit your function’s specific needs. Feel free to contact the pit master to discuss any special requests. Thanks for choosing Sweeney’s Barbecue & Catering! Pulled Pork or Sliced Brisket Sandwich – Your choice of slow cooked, hand pulled pork or sliced brisket ready for sandwiches. Served with buns, choice of two side dishes, brownie or cookies and a soft drink. $9.50 per person. Smoked Chicken Special – Your choice of smoked chicken breast or hind quarter (leg & thigh) with choice of two side dishes, brownie or cookies and a soft drink. $9.00 per person. Sweeney’s Baby Back Ribs – ˝ rack of hickory smoked ribs finished with tangy BBQ sauce choice of two side dishes, brownie or cookies and a soft drink. $13 per person. Full rack $20 per person. Chicken & Ribs Combo – ˝ rack of Sweeney’s Baby Back Ribs and choice of either smoked chicken breast or hind quarter (leg & thigh). Includes choice of two side dishes, brownie or cookies and a soft drink. $17 per person. Side Dishes – Choose from: Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Lettuce Salad, Macaroni & Cheese or Pasta Salad. All of the selections include BBQ sauce plastic silverware, paper plates & plenty of napkins! Prices are subject to change without notice.
