Catering Menu: The selections below are some of the pit master’s favorites for sharing with friends. Remember that our menu can be customized to suit your function’s specific needs. Feel free to contact the pit master to discuss any special requests. Thanks for choosing Sweeney’s Barbecue & Catering! Pulled Pork or Sliced Brisket Sandwich – Your choice of slow cooked, hand pulled pork or sliced brisket ready for sandwiches. Served with buns and choice of two side dishes. $9.50 per person. Smoked Chicken Special – Your choice of smoked chicken breast or hind quarter (leg & thigh) with choice of two side dishes. $9.50 per person. Sweeney’s Baby Back Ribs – ˝ rack of hickory smoked ribs finished with tangy BBQ sauce and two side dishes. $10 per person. Full rack $19 per person. Chicken & Ribs Combo – ˝ rack of Sweeney’s Baby Back Ribs and choice of either smoked chicken breast or hind quarter (leg & thigh). Includes choice of two side dishes. $17 per person. Side Dishes – All of the above selections include your choice of two of the following: Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Lettuce Salad, Macaroni & Cheese or Pasta Salad. All of the above entrees are served with rolls and butter (except for the sandwich items) along with the side dishes plus plastic silverware, paper plates & plenty of napkins!
