We will do our very best to accommodate special requests. Here are some of the most common services/items we provide:

Desserts – Chocolate cake: $2.50 per person, Brownies or cookies: $1.50 per person, Fruit cobbler: $2.25 per person

Soft Drinks – Bottled water or canned soda: $1.00 each

On Site Smoker & Cook – 3 hour shift: $90

Service Staff – 3 hour shift: $60 per server

Delivery Charges - $30 for up to 50 people, $60 for 51 to 100 people, $80 for more than 100 people.
